DESIGN TREATMENT
In his "Musical Movements: Migration, Exile, and Diaspora" class, UNC-CH professor David Garcia’s students produced a compilation CD of Latin music from around North Carolina. ¡Viva Cackalacky! Latin Music in the New South is a musical representation showing how migrants have created their own communities in the area as well as influenced and been influenced by existing ones.
